"As I was younger and throughout college I was always extremely active and strong. After graduating college I became attached to a desk and gained adult responsibilities and I did not adapt as well as I thought I would. I became a yo-yo dieter, walked a lot less, and did not always keep up with a regular workout routine. Almost 10 months ago, I began working with Tyler and my life was changed.
